چکیده
This mini-review is dedicated to the summary of results EU-funded Project “Golden Mycological Triangle” (acronym GoMyTri), which was carried out in collaboration three research infrastructures Germany, Netherlands and Thailand during years 2014–2018. The cooperation explored mycological microbiological biodiversity Europe Southeast Asia with regard search for badly needed new antibiotics other biologically active secondary metabolites. project conducted foster international networks, know-how exchange interdisciplinary training young scientists. first two were mainly field work, several hundreds fungal cultures have been isolated from material mostly collected Thailand. These strains characterized by morphological molecular phylogenetic methods taxa discovered. underwent screening antimicrobial nematicidal metabolites a number bioactive already found, characterized. Several large studies published that resulted work. also brought attention scientific community as well general public through various dissemination events. Based on tremendous success this project, follow-up application including additional partners Africa further European countries has recently filed approved, international, will now continue RISE-MSCA-Project “Mycobiomics”2).

متن کاملBiomolecular-chemical screening: a novel screening approach for the discovery of biologically active secondary metabolites. II. Application studies with pure metabolites.
The novel screening strategy called "biomolecular-chemical screening" combines the advantages of the chemical screening approach--the analysis of the chromatographic and chemical behaviour of secondary metabolites on TLC plates--with binding studies of these molecules with bio-macromolecules like DNA. This approach was advantageously used to detect the interaction of pure compounds with DNA. In...

Thelephorales Corn ex. Oberw. belong to the Agaricomycetes (Basidiomycota, Fungi) and comprise more than 177 species (Kirk et al., 2008) that are classified into two families: the Bankeraceae Donk (mostly with colourless basidiospores) and the Thelephoraceae Chevall. (mostly with brown to yellowish basidiospores) (Yorou & Agerer, 2007). Bankeraceae are characterized by a typical fenugreek odour...
متن کاملSecondary metabolites by chemical screening. Part 19. SM 196 A and B, novel biologically active angucyclinones from Streptomyces sp.
Application of a method of chemical screening2*, which based on the prior work of Zahner et al.3\ gave rise to the detection, isolation and structure elucidation of two new angucyclinones4) exhibiting biological activity. In addition, the known compounds 6-deoxy-8-0-methylrabelomycin (3)5'6) and X-14881 E (4)7) were detected in the same culture broth. The producing organism Streptomyces sp. (DS...
متن کاملBiologically active secondary metabolites from the ascomycete A111-95. 1. Production, isolation and biological activities.
Eight secondary metabolites were isolated from submerged cultures of the ascomycete A111-95 during a search for new nematicidal metabolites. (-)-Galiellalactone (7) and compound 2 are metabolites previously obtained from cultures of Galiella rufa while the compounds 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 (3 and 4 were obtained as an unseparable mixture), were isolated as natural products for the first time. Compo...
